Rajan leads design development and management with a keen interest on retail and mixed use. With a 360 degree focus on all aspects of design – from master planning to architecture, interiors, lighting and signage design; Rajan blends the socio-cultural, technical, and international best practices.

Rajan has a career of over 3 decades spanning across various segments, with special expertise in retail and shopping centre industry. He has led the design process for some of India’s premier shopping centres and has been instrumental in conceptualizing many retail brands to curate the brand experience and design.

He is an alumni of IDC- IIT Bombay and is recognized as an industry veteran in retail and shopping centre community. He is a TEDX speaker, has written for retail publications, and is often invited to conduct Master Classes in industry forums as well as Design Jury in various platforms.

Sangeeta Vernekar

Sangeeta is responsible for the strategy and planning of new projects along with client management. She also leads the verticals of HR, L&D and operational management.

A registered Architect and member of the Council of Architecture, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Valuers and Associate of Indian Institute of Architects and member of PEATA. She is also an alumni of the IIM –B, GS 10000k community.

Sangeeta has over 34 years of experience, having worked earlier as the key member of Design & Planning for Inorbit Malls and as Director – Retail Excellence, Group Head – Marketing & Communications for the Phoenix Malls.

She has contributed to the success stories of a plethora of retail brands award-winning shopping centers.

She also regularly teaches in design schools as a guest faculty.
